Any jewelry purchased from Candace Stribling Jewelry that needs repair within one month (30 days) of purchase will be fixed at no charge provided there are no parts missing and the item has not been damaged through misuse or abuse.
If any stones need to be replaced, due to misuse, there will be a charge for replacing the missing materials. A quote to replace missing items will be sent and accepted before work can begin. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance.
For repairs after three months, there will be a charge based on the materials, complexity and time involved. Please request price in advance.
